Surfer Girl Dress

Sadie LOVES purple. So, when I found a purple tank top for $2, I had an idea. An idea from a dress I saw a couple weeks ago on a little girl at the library.

I've had this cute surfer fabric for the longest time, just waiting for something like this.



I already had the purple overlock thread for the seam I had in mind.
