Romper for Sadie

This will -hopefully- fit Sadie next Spring. I used Butterick 4791. I could not get a good picture of it though, so this will have to do.

I love it!!! I can finally see your pictures :) By the way, the shoes that I got were these American Eagle brand mary janes. they look like patent leather but it's just fabric with tons of polyurethane over top of it. Beware of the killer shoes!

    Hi Amie!
This is Jamie's friend, Angie. I just happened over to your sewing blog and wow! you do beautiful work. I was wondering if you could help me....I want to make my daughter (she will be 1 year old next month) a quilt. I have kept my favorite outfits of hers and am using the material in those to make the quilt. I just am soooo a beginner at quilt making & for that matter sewing. I got my first sewing machine 3 months before our house was wiped out by Katrina, and I haven't bought one yet. Any suggestions???
    Thanks!

    Hi Angie,
I'm doing the same thing with baby clothes for Sadie :D Quilting can be as simple or as complicated as you want.

I think I'm going to do a post on sewing machines on this blog soon, as there is so much to say on that subject :D

That is just too sweet. Babies look so bright in that peachy shade. The print is adorable. Nice work. Will hopefully be hitting the Labor Day sale at the fabric store for fall supplies. Hope I have your drive to barrel through the projects in time for cool weather!
