Cable Knit
If sewing machines had feelings, mine would probably be jealous. Lately I've been spending more time with the knitting needles as I learn new techniques. This is my first cable stitch. Its not part of anything, just practice.

I'm gonna have to figure all the other stitches out. So far I know the knit and purl. How do you learn? Do you have somebody teaching you? That stitch would make a nice blanket!

I learned from a couple websites. Than I bought a book at walmart called "I taught myself to knit" and thats where I learned the cable pattern. Actually, its just a combo of knitting and purling.
